Ours is a steaming, cozy kitchen story.
Bizim Lokanta, based on the traditional artisan restaurant culture, opened its doors in Eminönü, Istanbul in 2012. From the first day of its establishment, its aim was to present the flavors of the past with an interpretation suitable for today's rhythm.
The smell of wood-fired cooking envelops the street; seasonal recipes come to life in our kitchen. We prepare the popular flavors of traditional Turkish cuisine with the care of a “mother's touch”.
Today, with our branches in different locations, we continue to keep this cultural heritage alive with a modern and warm approach. Because Bizim Lokanta is not just a restaurant; it is today's interpretation of a flavor tradition.
